I ordered my first pair of “hipster glasses” last night. I’ve been desperately wanting a pair and have been envious of all the people who can pull the look off. when my glasses broke last week it was time to make moves. since I’m not exactly making a ton of extra money here and didn’t want to deal with the delay it would take for my glasses to be made in france, I got a pair off warby parker. I’d been eying their site for a while and was excited to finally take advantage! had I been in the us they would have sent me up to five pairs to try on before ordering a pair, but since I’m here I went with what I thought would be the safest of all the pairs, rather than the boldest. though ordering online without trying the frames on was not ideal, they have a virtual try-on application which provided funny entertainment for hours and helped me to choose a pair. I can’t wait to get my new glasses!
