exciting news!!! my first published piece of a mini series I am writing for the pinestraw magazine. check it out here. a humorous update: the blue car is on it’s last leg and all week I’ve had to drive it with the registration and tow phone number in my pocket while people have flagged me down to tell me I should stop driving the car. thankfully my upgrade will me a bmw--I don’t hate it. there has also been so much construction going on near our house that I can never get around the roads to pick up the girls and have started going down one-ways. me and an old woman had a 3 minute face off the other day where we both just pointed to one another saying the other needed to back up. though I was technically in the wrong, she would have had to reverse 2 feet for me to be able to get out, while instead she made me back up for an entire block. ughhh, I hate you french drivers!!!
