I have loved having a legitimate fall here in paris. I feel like the south never has much of a seasonal change so I eagerly welcomed the cooler temperatures that started back in august. I say that now, but ask me in november when paris has turned gray and I might feel a little differently... but for now I can’t stop saying, don’t you just love paris in the fall? (I watched you’ve got mail a few weeks ago--can you tell?) but seriously, don’t you love it! I have a really nice tram ride to school that passes parc de saint cloud and I love getting to see all the fall colored trees in the beautiful morning light. lucy and I collected a ton of acorns and leaves that had fallen to do fall-ish art projects and to decorate the house. and the girls decided that I should be a cat for halloween. they painted my face before dinner the other night and midway through josephine spewed her water all over me because she was dying laughing. I welcome you october.
